Hackers steal 500GB of Microsoft’s GitHub account

The person behind the recent Tokopedia hack claiming he has 500GB (uncompressed) worth of private Microsoft source code, containing mostly Azure Source code, as well as Office and some windows runtime files / APIs. 

Shiny Hunters is claiming to have hacked Microsoft’s own GitHub account allegedly allowing the hacker to the company’s private repositories.

This access led them to download approximately 500GB of data which they planned to sell at first but then later just decided to let it go for free.
From the listings obtained of the leaked data, the dates displayed alongside indicate that it most probably occurred on 28 March 2020 as shown in the photo below. 
The attacker even posted 1 GB of the data on one hacker forum allowing users to access it through the site’s built-in credits.
